Kay Hencher

Kay Hencher started their career in 1997 as a Booking Office Assistant at Wales & West Passenger Trains Ltd. Kay then progressed to become a PA to the Station Manager. Kay's career advanced to roles such as PA to the Academic Registrar at the University of Derby and Deputy Admin Officer. Kay also held management positions at DS Smith, RENOLIT Nederland B.V., SEDA International Packaging Group, Huboo, and Clue Software in various sales operations and customer service roles. Their experience includes process improvement, team management, and CRM implementation.

Kay Hencher completed their A Level Programme in Art and Design at Whitby School from 1991 to 1993. Kay then pursued a BTec National Diploma in foundation studies in Art and Design at York College in the UK from 1993 to 1994. Following this, Kay studied Craft (incomplete) at Herefordshire College of Art from 1994 to 1995. In 2002 to 2003, they undertook Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration and Management at the University of Derby. Kay later obtained a CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management from Awbery School of Management in 2014-2015, followed by a CMI Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring Programme from In Professional Development (InPD) in 2021-2022.
