Kimmie (Champlin) Restificar has an extensive work history with various roles and responsibilities. Kimmie began their career in 2012 with AIESEC United States as the Organizing Committee President of the Regional Conference. From there, they joined AIESEC UK in 2012 and held several positions, including Vice President of Talent Management and National Vice President of Talent Management & Finance. In 2014, they interned at Reynolds & Reynolds Financial Partners. In 2016, they worked as a Social Media Marketer and Graphic Designer at Fair Observer.

Restificar also has experience at Clutch.co, starting in 2018 as a Senior Business Analyst. Kimmie was later promoted to roles such as Business Analyst and Growth Operations Manager. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Clutch, where they led the company's CRM strategy, managed the HubSpot implementation, and supported the business analyst team.
