Brandon Hale

Brandon Hale serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Clyde Companies, Inc. and its subsidiaries. In that capacity, he leads and oversees Clyde Companies’ legal affairs, stockholder relations, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Clyde Companies, Brandon worked as an Associate General Counsel of Vivint Solar and as an associate at Osborn Maledon, a law firm based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Brandon graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago.
