Ajay Bhatia

Ajay Bhatia is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Clyde's Restaurant Group since August 2017, Ajay oversees the daily operations of a $12M+ upscale, casual dining restaurant with a team of 220 staff members and managers. Prior to this role, Ajay worked as General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from July 2006 to August 2017, further demonstrating a strong background in restaurant management and operations.
