Laura Caygill

Laura Caygill is currently a Senior PMO Analyst at Virgin Money, where responsibilities include maintaining high-quality project documentation, managing project plans and milestones, and overseeing finance and budget tracking within the Enterprise Systems PMO team. Prior experience includes roles as a PMO - Learning Operations Professional at BT and Resource Scheduling Analyst at EE, along with customer service positions at Orange and Blockbuster. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Sunderland University and has completed the APM PMQ certification in 2022. Ongoing education is being pursued at Lincoln College.
