Paula Rogers

Paula Rogers has over 15 years of experience in corporate responsibility and community engagement roles within the banking industry. Paula currently works as the Corporate Responsibility Programme Lead at Virgin Money since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Responsibility Lead at Unity Trust Bank starting in September 2019. Paula's extensive experience also includes working at Lloyds Banking Group where they held various senior management roles.
