Brian Pickering

Brian Pickering is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Clymac Ltd since September 2016, Brian has held various roles including Director of Operations and National Service Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing service operations such as commissioning, on-demand services, small works, and planned preventive maintenance. Prior to this, Brian was a Service Manager at Clymac Ltd from September 2005 to June 2016, managing multiple service teams and focusing on recruitment, account management, and the implementation of technology. Brian's career began in the Royal Air Force as a Weapons Technician from September 1996 to September 2005, where various roles were undertaken, including EOD and weapons load team tasks at several bases. Early experience included working as a Security Installation Engineer at Eagle Security Systems. Brian holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2021.
