Ralf Unteidig has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ralf started their career in 2011 at G3 Remarketing, where they worked as an Ecommerce specialist until 2012. Ralf then joined G3 Outlet as a Store Manager and Technical Solutions expert, remaining with the company from 2012 until 2017. In 2017, Ralf moved to CM.com, where they initially worked as a Genius Team/Technical Support Representative. Ralf later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in April 2020, where they are responsible for nurturing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Ralf Unteidig completed their education from 2010 to 2012 at Industrie und Handelskammer, where they obtained a degree in Fachinformatiker Systemintegration with a focus on Informatik. In addition to their formal education, Ralf also pursued additional certifications. These include the Totango Certified Success Manager certification from Totango, which they obtained in 2023, and the Customer Success Certification Course (G1) from Winning by Design, which they obtained in March 2022.
