Stijn van Soest has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stijn started their career as an Intern at Van Berge Henegouwen Advocaten in 2011. Stijn then worked at CX Company, where they held various positions including Content Editor, Trainer, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Account Manager, and Customer Engagement Consultant from 2007 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Stijn worked as an Account Executive at CX Company. In 2018, they joined CM.com as the Head of Clients Conversational AI Cloud, responsible for Account Management, Client Support, and the Client portal. Currently, Stijn is the Head of Customer Success at CM.com, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
Stijn van Soest has a strong educational background in law and related fields. Stijn obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Criminal Law from Maastricht University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Dutch Law from the same university, studying from 2005 to 2010.
Before attending university, Stijn van Soest completed VWO Gymnasium at Philips van Horne SG from 1999 to 2005, with a focus on Economie & Maatschappij.
In addition to their formal education, Stijn van Soest has also pursued additional certifications. Stijn completed the CM.com CMBA (Future Leaders Program 2021-2022) at INSEAD Executive Education in May 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Leidinggeven aan Professionals from Schouten & Nelissen in January 2019. In 2014, they also obtained a certification in Prince2™ Project Management from ICM opleidingen & trainingen in May 2014.
