Jen Matthews Luedtke, CMP, currently serves as Manager of Meetings & Events at CM Services, Inc. since July 2024. Previously, Jen was a Meeting Planner at the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, managing various aspects of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, and focusing on stakeholder satisfaction and post-event evaluations. With extensive experience in sales account management and hospitality, Jen has held roles at Molecular Testing Labs, Q Center, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and First Hospitality Group. Jen's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama and an Executive Education Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
