Justin Givan

Justin Givan, PMP, is a seasoned project control engineer with extensive experience in managing complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Control Engineer at CM Solutions, Justin leads the scheduling efforts for the $2B San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility Capital Improvement Program, utilizing Primavera P6 for schedule maintenance and progress tracking. Prior to this, Justin held positions at Parsons Corporation and Motive Power, Inc., where responsibilities included financial analysis and project management support for major clients, Pacific Gas & Electric and San Diego Gas & Electric. Earlier in Justin's career at KBR, Inc., significant contributions were made to the Koch Enid Expansion Project. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Colorado State University.
