Erika Dias has extensive work experience in customer solutions, customer success operations, key account management, strategic account management, customer care, business development, and marketing. Erika began their career in 2003 as a Marketing Coordinator at Casa Dois Comunicacao. In 2006, they became a Business Development Manager at Organize sua vida. In 2007, they moved on to become a Key Account Management Specialist at Avcpro Produções & Comunicação em Eventos. In 2010, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Strategic Account Manager and Head of Customer Care. Erika then moved to Sovos Taxweb in 2018 as a Senior Key Account Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Head of Customer Solutions at CM Tecnologia.
Erika Dias is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Digital Business at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2006 and 2010.
