Michael Dechiaro

Michael DeChiaro has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving at CM3 Building Solutions since November 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Area General Manager at United Technologies - Carrier Corp. from 1981 to March 2019, overseeing sales and profits for various territories including Upstate New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Michael began a career in the U.S. Navy as an Interior Communication Electrician 3rd Class, serving on the USS America from September 1974 to September 1977. Academic qualifications include a Master's of Science in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology, an MBA in Management from LIU Post, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electro-Mechanical Computer Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
