Garrett Terlaak

Garrett Terlaak is a seasoned professional in construction management, currently serving as Principal at Overwatch Construction Management since January 2020 and at fs3|Hodges since September 2013. Garrett has held significant leadership roles in the CMAA Southern California Chapter Foundation and CMAA of Southern California, with ongoing board membership and a term as President from 2021 to 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. from March 1997 to September 2013. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California, earned between 1994 and 1998, and graduated from Irvine High School in 1994.
