Eric Han is an experienced investment banking professional currently working at CMB International since June 2021, specializing in Hong Kong IPOs within the consumer sector. Prior to this role, Eric served at PwC China from June 2017 to May 2021, focusing on TMT assurance and digital acceleration, where responsibilities included leading IPO audits and developing the Clarity AI financial analysis system. Eric’s earlier experience includes a position at Moody's Analytics conducting risk measurement services, and roles as an international fellow and strategy consultant with the Milken Institute and Israel Venture Network, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from UC San Diego and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Biology from Nanjing University.
