Marc-André Cloutier

Marc-André Cloutier has extensive work experience in quality assurance and supply chain management. Marc-André is currently the Director of Quality Assurance at CMC Électronique, where they lead a team of 20 managers, engineers, and technicians. In this role, they are responsible for various quality systems and certifications, as well as conducting internal audits. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Supply Chain & Quality Assurance at CMC Électronique, overseeing the quality of 600 suppliers and implementing a supplier self-assessment tool.

Before joining CMC Électronique, Marc-André worked at Volvo Bus Corporation as the Manager of Supplier Quality Development, where they were accountable for the quality and development activities of Nova Bus & Prevost brands. Marc-André led a team of supplier quality engineers and improved the supply chain performance through the deployment of advanced product quality planning concepts.

Throughout their career, Marc-André has demonstrated expertise in supplier evaluation, risk mitigation, process improvement, and quality management. Marc-André has also developed training programs and conducted audits for supplier selection and evaluation.

Marc-André Cloutier obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, graduating between 1995 and 1999.
