Kelly Stalica has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kelly currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at CMC Group since August 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the company, including Human Resources Director, Compensation & Benefits Manager, and Human Resources Generalist/Analyst.

Before joining CMC Group, Kelly worked at Jo Ann Stores from 2008 to 2011, where they served as a Benefits Analyst and Benefits Coordinator.

Kelly Stalica has a Master of Organization Development degree from Bowling Green State University, which was earned between 2019 and 2021. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Miami University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their educational background, Kelly also holds a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Simplilearn, which was obtained in March 2016.
