Todd R. Frendt

Todd R. Frendt is the COO of CMC Group and General Manager of Century Label. Todd joined the company in his current role September 2018. For the past 30 years he has held executive management positions for a number of companies in the janitorial/sanitation industry. Todd started his full time career working for his family business, Hammons Products, while attending the University of Toledo in the school of business with studies focused in operations management. He then pursued additional education in management of organizational development at Spring Arbor College.

Todd is an active member of CedarCreek Church, where he has been a member since 1999 and is involved in a variety of ministries and men’s group. Todd is also a founding member of the Anthony Wayne Youth Foundation and served as board president for 10 years. He is truly committed to serving the youth and volunteering where needed as evidenced by his leadership roles in BSA Troop 97, and previous board member roles of the Anthony Wayne YMCA, Anthony Wayne United, Anthony Wayne Youth Soccer, AWAKE and the World Congress of Amateur Athletes. Todd is an honorary member of the Anthony Wayne Alumni Hall of Fame, for his active community leadership and volunteer roles, he is a two time YMCA of Greater Toledo Volunteer of the Year and was nominated twice for the Generals Heroes volunteer for community service. He is also a recipient of The Mirror Newspaper/Buckeye Cablevision Volunteer of the Year Award.
