Hyunyoung Jang

Hyunyoung Jang has worked in the robotics, research, and coding fields. In 2022, they began working as a Robotics Software Engineer at CMES Robotics Inc, where they operated industrial robots and integrated them into one software. In 2020, they became a Research Assistant at the University of Washington Information School, where they studied the correlation between VR technology and learning efficiency. Also in 2020, they co-founded International Coding, a non-profit organization that provides free coding education via virtual platforms, and served as a Coding Tutor. Hyunyoung taught children in low-income neighborhoods coding via Zoom and VR, and conducted a 10-week python education module.

Hyunyoung Jang began their educational journey in 2019 at Seattle Central College, where they pursued an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science. In 2021, they transferred to the University of Washington, where they are currently enrolled in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
