In 2006, they were an Associate at Duff & Phelps, and also held the roles of Vice President - Equity Capital Markets, Associate - Equity Capital Markets, and Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. In 2015, they co-founded CMG (Capital Markets Gateway).

Michael W. attended Marquette University from 2002 to 2004 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General. Michael then transferred to Loyola University Chicago where they earned a BS in Finance and Economics from 2004 to 2006.
