Rachel Watt

Rachel Watt has extensive experience in the healthcare billing and customer service sector, currently serving as the Billing Coordinator for the Centers for Family Health at Community Memorial Hospital since July 2005. Rachel's responsibilities include managing insurance and cash payments, clinic deposits, denials, refunds, and customer service. Previously, Rachel held the role of Patient Account Representative in the Business Office at the same organization, where responsibilities included addressing patient billing questions and training new employees. Rachel has also contributed to the cosmetics industry as an Independent Beauty Guide for LimeLife by Alcone from June 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience includes billing roles at Burnwall Physical Therapy, as well as management positions in retail environments such as Ben Franklin and Sears Outlet Stores. Rachel holds a certificate in Medical Billing from the Technology Development Center and a high school diploma from Ventura High, where strengths included English, Creative Writing, and Science.
