Alyssa Battaglia

Associate Director, Engagement Strategy at CMI Media Group

Alyssa Battaglia has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Alyssa started their career as a Shift Manager at Piccadilly Artisan Yogurt in 2015, where they engaged with customers and managed the shift's duties. In 2016, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at Reppr, promoting various brands. Alyssa also served as a Promo Team Member at Penn State Movin' On, assisting with event promotion and logistics. Additionally, they were the Secretary for Penn State Women's Club Lacrosse, overseeing team and parent communications, practice logistics, and event planning.

In 2017, Alyssa interned as a Media Planning Intern at Tierney, where they gained experience in media planning and buying, as well as proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager. Alyssa also worked as a Content Creator at WeddingWire.

Alyssa joined CMI Media Group in 2018 and held various roles such as Associate Media Planner, Media Planner, Senior Media Planner, and Media Supervisor. Their responsibilities included strategic media planning, buying, and engagement strategy. Alyssa joined Heartbeat in 2022 as an Associate Director, overseeing media strategies.

Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated skills in organization, communication, timelines, interpersonal skills, and data analysis. Alyssa is a graduate of Penn State University, where they served as an Administrative Assistant at the Penn State Football Office, handling visitor inquiries and providing assistance.

Alyssa Battaglia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Advertising from Penn State University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Mt. Lebanon High School from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the Google AdWords Search Certification in March 2018, the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in June 2017, and certifications from Twitter Flight School and Hootsuite in 2017.
