Ian Davey

Ian Davey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and sales within various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Combined Metal Industries since August 2021, Ian also holds the position of Sales & Marketing Director at Binder Group Pty Ltd, a role maintained since November 2007. Previously, Ian held significant roles at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission from 1998 to 2007, including Trade Commissioner in the Philippines, Thailand, and Senior Trade Commissioner in Tehran. Ian's career began at Tubemakers of Australia, where roles included Manager of Tubemakers Steel WA and Manager of Tubemakers Sheet and Coil from 1990 to 1998. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Curtin University, completed in 1996, with a focus on business management and marketing.
