Rich Geib has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rich started their career in 2009 at OpticsPlanet, Inc., where they worked as a part of the Technical Response Team and Special Channels Sales Force. In this role, they handled technical support and customer service calls, managed eBay listings and projects, provided in-person and remote technical support, and oversaw special transactions with platforms like PayPal, Google, and Amazon.

After their tenure at OpticsPlanet, Inc., Rich went on to work as an Account Manager at ACCO Brands for seven months, and as a Solutions Architect at Sherlock Systems, LLC for a year.

In 2014, they joined Robert Half Technology as an End-User Workstation Support Technician before moving on to iNetworks Group as a Technical Logistics Supervisor in 2015. Rich then worked at Insight Global as a Technical Order Processor from 2016 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Rich worked as a Network Engineer at Axcell Technologies, Inc., followed by an apprenticeship as a Woodworker at Architectural Woodworking and Design for two months. Rich then briefly worked as an Autocad Draftsman/Woodworker at Globe Custom Woodwork for a month.

Currently, Rich is employed as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at CMIT Solutions, Inc. since June 2019.

Rich Geib attended Northern Michigan University from 2006 to 2008, where they studied World History. In the same year, they also attended Columbia College Chicago and focused on Photography. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2006, Rich completed their high school education at Buffalo Grove High School, where they obtained a General Education degree with a focus on Photography.

In terms of additional certifications, Rich Geib became an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop, which they obtained from Pearson VUE in 2012.
