Marsheia Smith

Marsheia Smith is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in project and construction management, particularly within the transit, aviation, and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager for ATL NEXT at Turner & Townsend Heery since February 2023, Marsheia also holds a partnership at CMK Construction starting in July 2020. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Alstom and Gresham Smith, and a Director of Technical Services at AvAirPros for Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. With earlier experience at MARTA as both Project Manager and Contract Administrator, and foundational roles at Estes Shields Engineering Inc., Marsheia has built a robust career since graduating with a degree in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University.
