Brett Noecker

Brett Noecker is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and preconstruction activities. Since March 2014, Brett has served as Preconstruction Manager at CML RW Security, where responsibilities include managing project schedules, material procurement, and organizing resources. Prior to this, Brett worked as Project Superintendent at Rotondo Weirich from August 2013 to March 2014, and as Project Manager at Sierra Detention Systems from October 2005 to July 2013, where involvement in both design-build and design-bid-build projects included participation in the submittal and engineering processes. Brett's educational background includes studies at SCC Lincoln, Nebraska, from 1998 to 2000.
