Andrew Lam

Andrew Lam has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in real estate and commercial banking. Andrew is currently the Vice President of Real Estate Finance at CMLS Financial, a position they have held since October 2018. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Canadian Western Bank from 2015 to 2018, serving as the Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Lending and then as the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking. From 2011 to 2015, they were with Canadian Western Bank Group, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Commercial Banking and then as a Manager of Commercial Banking. Andrew began their career in 2004 at HSBC Bank Canada as an Account Manager in Business Banking before joining Penmor Mortgage Capital Corporation as an Analyst from 2008 to 2011.

Andrew Lam earned a Masters degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia from 2002 to 2003.
