Paul Fallone

Paul Fallone has extensive experience in the real estate finance industry, with a focus on providing financing solutions and managing loan portfolios. Paul worked as the Vice President of Real Estate Finance at CMLS Financial from 2017, where they specialized in creative and competitive financing solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo from 2015 to 2017, originating and closing substantial amounts of new business. From 2008 to 2015, Paul worked at GE Capital Real Estate, where they held the positions of Managing Director of Credit and Department Leader of Debt Asset Management. During their time at GE Capital, they managed the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of billions of dollars in commercial mortgages and oversaw the management and surveillance of a loan portfolio worth billions of dollars. Before GE Capital, Paul worked as a Vice President of Lending at Capmark from 2000 to 2007, underwriting and closing over $2.5 billion of commercial mortgages. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) degree in Urban & Applied Geography from Ryerson University from 1992 to 1996.
