David P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David began their career as an Education Assistant at Istituto Leone XIII Milano from 1992 to 1994. David then worked as a Trainee at R+V Versicherung, where they developed a long-term project and gained experience with claims databases and reinsurance pricing.

In 1995, David moved to Gerling Globale Re as a Treaty Underwriter and Account Manager. David was responsible for quoting, internal reporting, and developing reinsurance plans for ceding companies. This role allowed him to demonstrate their client orientation and organizational skills.

David joined Munich Re (Group) in 2002 as a Casualty Treaty Senior Underwriter. After a year, they moved to Partner Re, where they held various roles. From 2003 to 2008, they served as a Client Partner for the Italian and Portuguese markets and was later appointed Deputy Head of Department for the Southern Europe Operation and Coordinator of the French office.

In 2008, David became a part of Partner Re's Brazilian operation as the Chief Operational Officer, working on obtaining a license as an admitted reinsurer. In 2010, they were appointed Head of Australia & New Zealand - P&C, where they were involved in the integration process of an acquired branch and focused on balance sheet reports and budgeting. Before leaving Partner Re in 2016, David held the position of Chief Representative Brazil, overseeing underwriting and commercial activities.

Since 2016, David has been with CMON Limited, initially as the Creative Director and later taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. As Creative Director, they established the creative and production department and focused on creating and reinforcing new company-owned IPs. As COO, they restructured the company's distribution model and struck a deal with Asmodee as the worldwide distributor, generating a significant influx of cash and improving operational efficiency.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams, drive strategic initiatives, and make impactful contributions to the companies they have worked for.
