Karen Vasquez

Karen Vasquez is an experienced professional in the fresh produce industry, currently serving as a Category Manager at FRUITS CMR, S. A. since December 2019, where procurement and sales of various fruits during the counter-season are a primary focus. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Local Marketing Manager at Westfalia Fruit from May 2016 to January 2019, overseeing operations related to the ripening and distribution of avocados, mangos, and grapes in Peru. Karen also contributed as a Research Assistant at the Asociación de Productores y Exportadores de Palta Hass del Perú, participating in collaborative projects with international research institutes.
