Simon Morgan

Simon Morgan is an experienced Senior Scrum Master at CMR Surgical since November 2019, following a distinguished tenure at RSPB from December 2014 to November 2019 where Morgan pioneered the Website Content Migration Project using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Previously, Morgan served as a Digital Project Manager at RSPB, ensuring adherence to best practices and effective coordination across departments for digital projects. Prior to these roles, Morgan accumulated extensive experience in project, resource, and delivery management within various advertising and communication firms from September 1996 to November 2014, overseeing a range of creative projects across print, TV, and web platforms.
