Dennis Downs

Dennis Downs is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management, currently serving in the role at CMSWillowbrook since January 2019. Prior to this position, Dennis worked as a project manager at Flintco, LLC from February 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing major construction projects with an emphasis on safety, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Additional experience includes roles as assistant project manager and project engineer at Suntec Concrete, and construction superintendent at Sherwin-Williams. Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from John Brown University, obtained in 2010.
