Ahmed Bouzid

Ahmed Bouzid is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive with a strong focus on human language technology and generative AI solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Witlingo since February 2016, Ahmed has been instrumental in empowering communities through advanced language technology, serving notable clients such as AARP Foundation and Sprint Point. In addition to leading Witlingo, Ahmed advises at OpenHome and Georgetown University, where guidance is provided to students entering the Human Language Technology workforce. Previous experience includes roles as Product Head for Amazon's Alexa Smart Home initiative, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at XOWi, and various leadership positions at Angel.com, culminating in the successful sale of the company to Genesys. Ahmed holds a PhD in Philosophy of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The George Washington University.
