Akshay Bhargava

Akshay Bhargava, PE, LEED® Green Associate™, serves as a Mechanical Engineer at CMTA, Inc. since June 2022 and has held various leadership positions within the ASHRAE Central Indiana Chapter since July 2017, including President and Board of Governor. Previous experience encompasses mechanical engineering roles at TRC Worldwide Engineering, where project leadership encompassed various sectors, and research assistant positions at Florida Institute of Technology, focusing on energy-efficient systems and cooling applications. Akshay holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, awarded in 2016, and has completed internships with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and National Engineering Industries Ltd., gaining valuable insights into production processes and capability analysis.
