Cindy Overshiner, FSMPS, CPSM, serves as the Marketing Manager at CMTA, Inc. since June 2016, overseeing marketing initiatives for a company that has grown to over 300 employees across 11 offices since its founding in 1968. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Marketing Services Manager at KLH Engineers, where responsibilities included providing strategic marketing support through organized firm-wide data. Cindy also established and managed the marketing department at KLH Engineers, focusing on marketing communications and brand positioning. Additionally, Cindy spent over two decades at BHDP Architecture as Marketing Manager, coordinating events and managing public relations and proposals. Cindy began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Federated Stores Realty, Inc. after completing education at the University of Cincinnati and attending Western Carolina University.
