Josh McElwain

Josh McElwain is an experienced engineer currently working at CMTA, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Josh served as a Quality Manager at both IPL Macro and Bodycote, where responsibilities included implementing quality programs and supervising quality department employees. Additionally, Josh held the position of Lab Manager at Bodycote Winchester, responsible for managing the quality system in a heat treat facility. Early career experiences include an internship in Lean Programs at the University of Kentucky and various roles within the student government and hospitality sectors. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2015.
