Tamara Hemphill is a seasoned research scientist and program manager with extensive experience in security affairs, currently contributing to CNA Corporation since November 2005 within the China and Indo-Pacific Security Affairs Division. Prior to this role, Tamara held the position of assistant to the director at the RAND Corporation's Intelligence Policy Center from March 2000 to November 2005. Tamara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from George Mason University and a Master's degree in International Relations, along with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Security Studies from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
