Vincent Scarcella

Vincent Scarcella is an experienced professional currently serving as the Eastern Territory Risk Control Director at CNA Insurance since June 2002. In this role, Vincent oversees field operations across 23 jurisdictions in the US and Puerto Rico and co-chairs the Veteran Employee Resource Group. Prior experience includes a military career in the US Navy, where Vincent held the title of Director and served as a USN BT First Class Petty Officer from January 1981 to January 1987. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College and has education in Propulsion Engineering from the US Navy.
