Joseph E. Dell

Joseph E. Dell, Jr. serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at CNB Bank since February 2013, contributing to the establishment of profitable commercial relationships across the corporate-wide footprint. Previously, Joseph held the position of Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking, participating in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives focused on commercial banking services. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at FSG Bank, where Joseph led the Commercial Line of Business and was instrumental in the bank's turnaround efforts. Joseph's extensive career began at First Commonwealth Bank, where as EVP Chief Lending Officer, responsibilities encompassed leadership of the Commercial Banking Line. Joseph holds an MBA in Finance from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from PennWest Clarion, along with a Graduate degree from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
