Steven Kuschel

Steven Kuschel is a seasoned quality and process improvement professional with extensive experience in supplier quality management and product development. Currently serving as Supplier Quality Manager at CNC24 since May 2023, Steven previously held the role of Process Improvement Specialist (ACES Manager) at Amazon from November 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included process and root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and internal audits. Prior experience includes serving as Supplier Quality Manager at TDK Sensors AG & Co. KG from December 2015 to October 2021, focusing on supplier development, audits, and complaint management, as well as working as a Product Development Engineer, where product design and coordination of relevant tasks were key responsibilities. Steven holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Distance Learning at Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) (2013-2016).
