Rick Morello

Rick Morello has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rick most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at CND Life Sciences, where they drove the mission of the medical technology venture focused on advancing care for patients with neurodegenerative diseases. Prior to this, they were the President of Global Life Sciences at Aptus Health, where they managed the P&L and commercial operations of a global digital health company. Before that, Rick was the President & CEO of Plasma Surgical, Inc., where they significantly increased revenues and implemented programs to support the adoption of surgical technology. Rick also held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Proventys Inc., where they created innovative service offerings in the digital health field. Additionally, they served as VP & Managing Director of the Strategic Initiatives Division at Joslin Diabetes, a Harvard Medical Affiliate, where they led several core small businesses. Finally, Rick spent six years at Mercer Management Consulting, where they rose to the position of Principal in the Strategy group and helped establish the Health & Life Sciences practice.

Rick Morello completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Subsequently, they pursued higher education and obtained an MBA with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
