Lance Hengst

Lance Hengst is the current Zone Director for West at CNECT. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Sales Manager at Henry Schein from November 2018 to July 2021. Lance was responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and account managers across Southeast Texas and Western Louisiana. Under their leadership, the region turned around from a 89% to plan finish in 2018 to 102.74% in 2019. Lance also successfully managed one of the largest regions in the company. From February 2018 to November 2018, they served as the Active Care Program Manager for the Western US at Performance Health. In this role, they were responsible for program development and management West. Lance also had complete responsibility from initial stages through training and implementation. Prior to that, they served as the Director of National Accounts Continuum of Care at Premier Inc. from February 2016 to February 2018.

Lance Hengst has a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Sam Houston State University and has also studied at Oak Ridge.
