Taylor Schmidt

Taylor Schmidt is a seasoned professional in healthcare management with extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiency and cost savings for healthcare facilities. Currently serving as a Member Engagement Manager at CNECT since January 2021, Taylor consults with Community Health Centers to optimize service capabilities through in-depth analysis of purchasing cycles. Previously, Taylor held the position of Team Lead at Stryker from September 2017 to September 2020, where accomplishments included achieving national performance metrics, developing a new service, and significantly improving error rates. Prior roles include Clinical Assistant at Fenway Health, providing support in LGBTQ+ primary care, and EMT-B at Cataldo Ambulance Service Inc., gaining firsthand experience in emergency medicine. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
