Freddy Ramirez

As Chief Executive Officer, Freddy’s focused on the continued success of CNF, with an emphasis on driving innovation and expanding the company’s reach into new and emerging technologies, industries, and markets. He’s committed to growing the people-centric philosophy and signature culture CNF is known for. Freddy joined CNF in 2021 as the company’s first Chief Legal Officer before transitioning to CEO at the start of 2022.

Freddy’s knowledge and experience extends into the areas of corporate law and governance, employment law, intellectual property, and government affairs. Prior to joining CNF, Freddy was an Assistant District Attorney responsible for cases involving white collar and cybercrimes. A seasoned litigator and trial attorney, Freddy demonstrates the ability to analyze risk, possesses unsurpassed negotiation skills, and sound judgement. Freddy graduated from Texas Tech University and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
