Maxwell Saypay is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical services and digital financial systems. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at RoviaGate Technology, LLC. since November 2020, Maxwell also holds the position of Digital Financial Services/IT Specialist at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since July 2018. Previous roles include ICT Consultant at Solidaridad Network, ICT Assistant at DAI-FED, Tech Lead at Diamond Communications Liberia, and Resident Senior IT Officer at the National Democratic Institute (NDI).
