Sara McEwan

Sara McEwan, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in talent and culture management, currently serving as Associate Director at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since January 2016. In this role, Sara oversees the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding for home office personnel and project staff, as well as candidate identification for new business proposals. Prior to CNFA, Sara worked at NTVI from May 2014 to January 2016 as an HR Coordinator, managing high-volume administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee onboarding, and served as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and directors in Business Development. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Development Studies with a major in Development Studies from the University of Westminster, earned from 2007 to 2010.
