Shannon Obrien

Shannon O'Brien has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations and management. Shannon is currently the Chief Operations Officer at CNG Holdings, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Elevate from 2016 to 2022, where they held positions such as Senior Director of Collection Services and Director of Operations Readiness. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at EZCORP as the Vice President of Operations and later as the Director of Operations Administration. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Assurance Management Group LLC from 2012 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes roles as the Regional Director of Operations and Director of Compliance at Allied Cash Advance from 2003 to 2011, and as the Regional Training Manager at Jo Ann Stores from 2001 to 2003. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated their ability to manage operations, develop teams, and support company initiatives.

Shannon OBrien attended SRJC from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued General Studies. They did not obtain a degree during this time.
