Ajay Ambewadikar

Ajay Ambewadikar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the industrial sector. Currently serving as Vice President of HR for the APAC Region and Chief Human Resources Officer for India at CNH Industrial, Ajay has previously held senior HR positions at Sandvik, Alfa Laval, Knorr-Bremse, and Lear Corporation, focusing on enhancing HR practices in India. Ajay holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources and a Commerce Graduate degree from JDC Institute of Management Studies, completed between 1989 and 1991.
