Seth Steensma

Seth Steensma currently serves as the Director of Engineering at CNH since September 2024. Prior to this role, Seth held the position of Director of Engineering at Raven Industries from February 2012 to October 2024, and also worked as an Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the concept, design, and testing of hydraulic and mechanical systems for agricultural equipment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Tooling/Equipment Engineer at Adams Thermal Systems, where responsibilities encompassed developing manufacturing technologies and supporting new product launches, as well as a Mechanical Engineer at Affinity Solutions, specializing in machine design and manufacturing consulting. Seth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dordt University between 2000 and 2004.
