Stan Telford

Stan Telford, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at CNH Industrial, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Telford was Vice President of Global Talent at Totango where responsibilities included building the recruiting function post-acquisition. Telford has also provided talent acquisition consulting at PeopleResults, led global talent acquisition at Cushman & Wakefield, and directed global talent acquisition and development at Xylem Inc. Previous roles include Principal at Team Telford, VP of Human Resources at Mars Retail Group, Senior Director of Human Resources at Accretive Health, and Senior Manager at Accenture. Telford holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
